Shipping policy

Every Pawtrait Club item is printed on demand in the USA, so here is exactly what to expect.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Ready-made designs: 2 to 5 business days in production.

Custom pet portraits: we hand-craft your artwork first, which adds 1 to 2 business days.

 

SHIPPING TIME (after production)

Economy (United States): 4 to 8 business days.

Standard (United States): 2 to 5 business days.

Standard (international): 10 to 30 business days.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are somewhere else and want a Pawtrait, email us at hello.pawtraitclub@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

 

TRACKING

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; additional shipping costs may apply.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at hello.pawtraitclub@gmail.com and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
